BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Six managers are part of the board of directors of AFI ESCA Luxembourg. Two of them, of which the CEO, represent the interests of the family shareholders, ultimately the only owners of the company. Three independent managers, one being the managing director, are previous CEO’s of companies and insurance companies, represent the guarantee of knowing the business of the company in all its aspects. Finally, the AFI ESCA Holding Luxembourg, represented by its’ Executive Manager controls the ongoing performances and guarantees the Group governance stays coherent in head office and insurance conglomerate.
THE EXECUTIVE MANAGER
Since July 1st, 2015, Mister Stéphane VOMSCHEID ensures the position of Executive Manager. With a strong over 25 years Luxembourg experience in Finance and Insurances, his expertise on a day to day basis reflects in managing and developing the company. Mister Stéphane VOMSCHEID also acts as Corporate Executive Manager towards the Luxembourg Supervision Controlling office Commissariat aux Assurances. He relates to the Managing Director for all current management issues and to the Board of Directors for all strategic aspects and governance implementation.
